Janwar Zabah Karne Ki Dua, Ahkam Wa Masail aur Fazilat Quran wa Hadees ki roshni mein. Ashra zul-hijja ki badi fazilat hai isme bade bade aamal anjam diye jate hai, in aamal me ek bahut bada aur ehm tareen amal Allah ki qurbat aur raza mandi hasil karne ki niyyat se qurbani karna hai. Qurbani sirf aur sirf janwar zabah karne aur gosht khane ka nam nahi hai. Qurbani ka asal maqsad taqwa hai. Isliye qurbani karne walon ko apni niyyat khalis rakhan chahiye. Allah Rabbul Aalmeen ham sab ki niyyat ko khalis banae. Ameen.

Qurabni ke ke bare me Allah taa’la Quraan kareem me irshad farmata hai

 لَنْ يَّنَالَ اللّٰهَ لُحُوْمُهَا وَلَا دِمَاؤُهَا وَلٰكِنْ يَّنَالُهُ التَّقْوٰي مِنْكُمْ

(Surah Hajj: 37)

Trajuma: Allaha ko tumhari qurbani ka gosht ya khoon hargiz nahi pahunchta balke Allah rabbul aalameen tak tumhara tawa pahunchta hai.

Hadees: Nabi kareem salalhu alaihi wa sallam ne irshad farmaya:

إنَّ اللَّهَ لا ينظرُ إلى أجسادِكُم ، ولا إلى صورِكُم ، ولَكِن ينظرُ إلى قلوبِكُم

(Sahih Muslim: 2564)

Tarjuma: Beshak Allah ta’aala tumhare jismo aur tumhari suraton kon nahi dekhta balke tumhare dilo ko dekhata hai.

Zabah Karne Ke Aadab aur Tariqa: Janwar ko zabah karte waqt qibla rukh litaya jae ye sunnat hai. Agar gair qibla rukh per zabak karliya gaya ho to bhi koi haraj nahi. Jiski taraf se qurbani ki jarahi wo khud zabah kare agar khud zabah karna mushkil ho to koi dusra bhi zabah karsakta hai.

Janwar Zibah Karne Ki Dua, Ahkam Wa Masail aur Fazilat

Zameen per janwar ko qibla rukh lita kar tez churi uski gardan per chalate hue bole بسم اللہ واللہ اکبر itna dua padhna bhi kafi hai.

Niyyat ka taluq dil se hai ye dua bhi karsakte hai

क़ुरबानी की दुआ | Qurbani Ki Dua in Arabic

بِسْمِ اللهِ ، واللهُ أكْبَرُ ، اَللّٰهُمَّ تَقَبَّلْ ھٰذَا مِنّیْ

Ya ye dua padhe

بِسْمِ اللهِ وَاللهُ أَكْبَرْ أَللهُمَّ هذا مِنْكَ وَلَكَ اَللھُم َّھذَا عَنِّيْ وَ عْن أهْلِ بَيْتِيْ

Niche di gai dua bhi sunnat se sabit hai

إنِّي وَجَّهْتُ وَجْهِيَ لِلَّذِي فَطَرَالسَّمَاْوَاتِ وَاْلأَرْضِ حَنِيْفًا وَمَاْأَنَاْمِنَ الْمُشْرِكِيْنَ، إِنَّ صَلاْتِيْ وَنُسُكِيْ وَمَحْيَاْيَ وَمَمَاتِيْ لِلّهِ رَبِّ اْلعَاْلَمِيْنَ، لَاْشَرِيْكَ لَه’وَبِذالِكَ أُمِرْتُ وَأَنَاْ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِيْنَ، بِاسْمِ اللهِ وَاللهُ أَكْبَرْ أَللهُمَّ هَذا مِنْكَ وَلَكَ أَللهُمَّ تَقَبَّلْ مِنِّيْ (وَمِنْ أَهْلِ بَيْتِيْ)

Qurbani Ki Dua Hindi Me | क़ुरबानी की दुआ हिंदी

1 – बिस्मिल्लाह, वल्लाहु अकबर, अल्लाहुम्मा तक़ब्बल हाज़ा मिन्नी

Ya ye dua padhe

2 – बिस्मिल्लाह, वल्लाहु अकबर अल्लाहुम्मा हाज़ा मिनका व लका अल्लाहुम्मा हाज़ा अन्नी व अन अहलि बैती

निचे दी गई दुआ भी सुन्नत से साबित है

3 – इन्नी वज्जहतु वाजहिया लिल्लज़ी फ़-तरस-समावाती वलअर्ज़ी हनीफ़ा वमा अना मिनल मुशरिकीन, इन्ना सलाती व नुसुकि व मह्या व-मामाती लिल्लाहि रब्बिल आलमीन, लाशरीक लहू व बि-ज़ालिका उमिरतु व अना मिनल मुस्लिमीन, बिस्मिल्लाही वल्लाहु अकबर अल्लाहुम्मा हाज़ा मिनका व लका अल्लाहुम्मा तक़ब्बल मिन्नी (व मिन अहलि बैती)

क़ुरबानी का हुक्म

Qurbani ke hukm me ahle ilm ke darmaiyan ikhtilaf paya jata hai. Imam Abu Hanifa ko chhodkar baqi aimmae salasa aur jamhoor ehle ilm se sunnate mokida hona sabit hai.

क़ुरबानी की फ़ज़ीलत

Qurbani Ibraheem alayhissalam ki sunnat hai, Allah rabbul aalameen ne ise baad walon ke liye bhi baki rakha hai

Allah ta’aala ka Quraan paak me irshad hai

وَتَرَكْنَا عَلَيْهِ فِي الْاٰخِرِيْنَ

Tarjuma: Aur ham ne is (chalan) ko baad walon ke liye baki rakah.

(Surah Saaffaat: 108)

Zul-hijja ke das (10) din Allah rabbul aalameen ko behad azeez hai, in ayyam me anjam diya jane wala har nek amal Allah ko pasand hai, in aamal me ek behtreen aur mahboob amal qurbani bhi hai.

Hadees: Nabi (ﷺ) ne farmaya : Allah ta’ala ke nazdeek sab se azeem din Yaumun-Nahar (qurbani ka din) aur Yaumul-Qur (mina me Hajiyo ke thaherne ka din) hai. (Sahi Aljame: 1064)

Hadees 2: Ek Hadees me hai ke: Dunya ke afzal dino mein zul-hijja ke shuru ke das din afzal din hai. (Sahi Aljame: 1133)

Gosht Ki Taqsim Ke Bare Mein

Qurbani ka gosht teen hisso me taqseem karna zaruri nahi hai balke mustahab hai kiyunki qurbani ka gosht asal khana aur khilana hai, bache hue gosht ko zakhira karne me bhi koi haraj nahi.

क़ुरबानी की हिकमत

Qurbani ki bahut sari hikmaten hai. In sab hikmaton me sabse ehm taqwa aur Allah ka taqrrub hasil karna hai.

Quran me Allah ka irshad hai

Tarjuma: Aap farma dijiye ke beshak meri namaz, meri qurbani, mera jina aur mera marna sab khalis Allah hi ke liye hai jo sare jahan ka malik hai.

Qurbani Karne Wale ye Na Karen

Jo koi bhi qurbani ka irada kare wo ek zul-hijja se qurbani ka janwar zabah hone tak apne baal aur nakhun na kate.

Hadees: Rasoolullah (ﷺ) ka irshad hai: Jab zul-hijja ka ashra shuru hojae aur kisi ke paas janwar ho jo uski qurbani dena chahta ho to ape baal aur nakhun na katen. (Saheeh Muslim: 1977)

Baal aur nakhun katne ke baare me ye janlen ke ye pabandi sirf qurbani karne walon ke liye hai lekin sabhi pabandi karna chahe to achhi baat hai.

Dusri baat ye hai ke wo shakhs jisne gaflat me chalis dino se baal aur nakhun nahi kata tha aur usko qurbani deni hai aur ab zul-hijja ka chand nikal aaya to esa shakhs bahut bada gafil hai. Agar baal aur nakhun ziyada badh gae aur takleef derahe hai to kaat len, Allah rabbul aa’lameen muaaf karne wala hai warna chorde.

क़ुरबानी Ke Janwar Ke Bare Me Hukm

8 qism ke janwaron ki qurbani jaiz hai in mein Bakri, Bhed, Gae aur Oont ka nar aur mada dono shamil hai. Qurbani ke in janwaron me char (4) qism ke uyoob nahi hona chahiye.

Hadees: Nabi kareem Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam ka irshad hai: Char (4) qism ke janwar qurbani me jaiz nahi: kana jiska kana pan zahir ho, langda jiska langda pan wazih ho, mareez jiska marz wazih ho aur itna kamzor janwar ke usme guda tak na ho. (Sahee Nisai: 4383)

Ek Janwar Pure Ghar Ki Taraf Se Kafi Hai ?

Qurbani ka ek janwar chahe wo Bakra ya phir Bakri hi kiyu na ho ek gharane ke pure afrad ki taraf se kafi hai. Ek gharane ka matlab ye ke ghar me rehne wale sabhi log qurbani karne wale ke saath hi rehte ho aur qurbani karne wala unsab ke kharch ka zummedar ho saath hi wo saare rishtedar ho. Jiska chulha alag ho wo alag qurbani karega.

Hadees: Ata bin yasar kehte hai ke mene Abu Ayyub ansari raziyallahu anhu se pucha: Allah ke nabi Sallahu alaihi wa sallam ke zamane me qurbani kese hoti thi? Unhone kaha: ek admi apni aur apne ghar walo ki taraf se ek bakri qurbani karta tha, wo log khud khate the aur dusro ko khilate the yaha tak ke log (kasrat qurbani per) fakhr karne lage aur ab ye surat haal hogai jo dekh rahe ho. (Sahi Tirmizi: 1505)

Bade Janwaro Me Kitne Log

Bade janwar me 7 log ya 7 gharano ke log ek ek hissa lekar qurbani me sharik ho sakte hai.

Hadees: Jabir Abdullah raziyallahu anhu farmate hai: Haj ke moqe per ham Nabi kareem (ﷺ) ke saath the aur ham ek Oont me 7 aadmi shamil hue ek shakhs ne Jabir raziyallhu anhu se daryaft kya, kiya gaae me bhi 7 aadmi sharik hosakte hai? To Jabir raziyallhu anhu ne kaha ke gaae bhi isi ke hukm me hai.

Qurabni Ka Waqt aur Din

Qurabni ka waqt Eidul Adh-ha ki namaz ke fauran baad shuru hojata hai, khutba khatam hona zaruri nahi hai.

Hadees: Bara’a bin Aazib raziyallahu anhuma ne bayan kiya ke nabi (ﷺ) ne Eidul adh-ha ki namaz ke baad khutba dete hue farmaya: Jis shakhs ne hamari namaz ki tarah namaz padhi aur hamari qurbani ki tarah qurbani ki us ki qurbani sahee hui lekin jo shakhs namaz se pehle qurbani kare wo namaz se pehle hi gausht khata hai magar wo qurbani nahi. (Sahee Bukhari: 955)

Is hadees se pata chala ke Eid ki namaz se pehle qurbani shaee nahi hai Eid ki namaz ke baad hi qurbani ka hukm hai.

Musafir Ki Qurbani

Musafir halate safar me qurbani de sakta hai, Nabi (ﷺ) ne safar me qurbani di hai.

Hadees: Sauban raziyallahu anhu se riwayat hai ke Nabi kareem (ﷺ) ne qurbani ka ek janwar zabah karke farmaya: Sauban iske gosht ko durust karlo yani saath le jane ke liye tayyar karlo. Phir me wo gosht aap ko khilata raha yaha tak ke aap Madinah tashreef le aae.

Masla

  • Zabah karne wala aaqil wa baligh musalman ho.
  • Zabah karne se pehle janwar zabah karne ki Dua, ahkam wa masail  jan lena chahiye
  • Kisi khoon bahane wale aala se zabah kiya jae.
  • Zabah me gala yani sans ki nali aur khane ki ragen kantni hai.
  • Zabah karte waqt Allah ka nam lena hai.
  • Qurbani dene wale ne bhool kar baal ya phir nakhun kaat liya to us per koi gunah nahi hoga lekin agar kisi ne jan bujhkar kaata to toba karna lazim hoga.
  • Qurbani ka janwar taqatwar aur sahat mand ho.
  • Gabhan aur doodh dene wale janwaro ki qurbani jaiz hai.
  • Janwar kharidne ke baad us janwar me koi eaib hojae jese sing, tang, dant ya haddi toot jae, kaan kat jae ya mareez hojae to uski qurbani ki jasakti hai. Agar koi shakhs dobara kharidne ki taqat rakhta hai kiyunke hadees me char uyoob me se ko eaib kharidne ke baad paida hojae to kharidlen.
  • क़ुरबानी ke liye chuna huwa janwar hadya karna ya girvi rakhna jaiz nahi hai aur qurbani ke janwar ko barbardari ke taur per istemal karna bhi jaiz nahi hai.
  • क़ुरबानी ka janwar musinna (danta) hona chahiye, musinna ese janwar ko kehte hai jiske doodh ke eagle 2 dant toot kar wapas nikal aae ho.
